Our teachers and staff are the heart of Midwest Christian School. They pray, teach, encourage, and invest in students every single day. The Christmas Bonus for Staff fund is a special way to say “thank you” and honor them with a year-end gift during the Christmas season.

- 100% of this fund goes directly to bonuses for our teachers and staff
- No portion is used for operations or other expenses
- Gifts are divided and distributed at Christmas as a blessing and encouragement
